ROLE NAME

P&A - Finance | UX Designer Junior

OBJECTIVE

Be part of a multi-disciplinary team of Data Scientists, Solution Architects, and people with very diverse but specific skills such as UX, storytelling, Data Visualization, Python Scripting and deep-industry knowledge. Contribute as a core team member driving end-to end change and results for our clients. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker, passionate about innovation and agile development.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Follow User Centered Design practices and methodologies to develop digital data analytics products.
  • Prototype solutions and validate them with users/points of contact.
  • Analyze and interpret users' feedback.
  • Test and iterate products according to collected feedback.
  • Deliver high-quality interfaces aligned to visual guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with remote and onsite team members, including but not limited to designers, researchers, project/product managers, developers, and technical architects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of UX design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field in Information Design, Interaction Design, Human Factors or equivalent.
  • Expertise in standard design and UX software such as FIGMA, Adobe XD, Illustrator and prototyping tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
  • Have strong people and presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and in Spanish.

SKILLSET

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Ability to design user flow and interactions of digital tools and its interface.
  • Deep understanding of digital interface's elements and its detailed digital design. Be up to design trends.
